What we publish and what we do not
We publish everything a customer needs in order to decide whether we can do their work: what we test, to which standards, over what frequency range, with which mounting options, and whether the result carries accreditation. We do not publish room volumes, chamber dimensions or background noise levels.
That is a deliberate commercial decision and we would rather state it than let you wonder. None of those figures help a customer qualify a job — every one of them helps a competitor benchmark a laboratory. If your specification genuinely turns on one of them, ask us directly and we will answer for your project.
Ask before you ship
The most expensive mistake in laboratory testing is a specimen that arrives and cannot be tested — wrong size, wrong quantity, assembled when it needed to be built in place, or prepared to a condition nobody actually builds. Send us the dimensions and the build-up first. It costs an email and it saves a delivery.
This is what cannot be simulated: real rooms, in Bangkok, qualified against the standards. Every figure on this page is a physical limit of a real facility, not a capability statement.
What we publish, and what we do not
We publish what you need in order to decide whether we can test your product: the maximum specimen size, the valid frequency range, the standards each room is qualified to and the mounting conditions available. Room volumes, chamber dimensions and measured background noise levels are issued with your quotation and stated on every test report, as ISO/IEC 17025 requires — but they are not published here.
