The laboratory is in Sai Mai, northern Bangkok. Customers may drive in through the gate and unload test material directly in front of the laboratory building — you do not need to carry specimens from the road.
Sending or bringing a specimen
- Tell us the specimen dimensions before you ship. Large assemblies have to pass through the test room door, and something that has been built up off site may need to be assembled here instead — we will tell you which applies to your element.
- Label every specimen so it can be matched to your requisition on arrival. Unlabelled material cannot be logged in and will wait.
- Send the requisition first, not with the goods. We cannot start contract review from a delivery note.
- Tell us if you want the material back. Return, collection or disposal is agreed before testing, not after.
- If you are coming in person, call ahead. The gate is kept closed.
How do I get a price?
Submit the online requisition for testing or calibration. It asks for exactly what we need to price the work, so in most cases we can quote without a second round of emails. If something is missing we will ask one specific question rather than send the form back.
Do you work in English or Thai?
Both. Reports and certificates are issued in English, because that is what overseas clients, certification bodies and tender committees need. Correspondence can be in either language.
